Hey guys, I'm back.

I was originally going to wait for the new i7s to come out, sadly I don't have that convenience anymore, my backup work machine is completely done and I need a new workstation asap.

My main battles on this build right now are:
i7 980x(in my build) vs. 990x

12GB DDR3 2000MHz Corsair Dominator GT (in my build)
vs.
12GB DDR3 1600MHz Digital Storm Certified

Intel 320 SSD (in my build) vs Intel 510 SSD

I'll be buying this today, so any suggestions or advice is VERY welcome. Thank you!
---------------------
Budget:

You have to wait for the 3960x to come out next month, that will be king cpu for a good while, if not then:

Ticket Number: 610837

990x maybe around 5% better then 980x, 320 has faster 4k speeds then the 510 and better reliability and ram won't matter, just go with DS ram.

Ok. Thanks for the solid advice. I'd rather wait for the 3960x, obviously, but this is still one hell of a machine.

It is a hell of a machine however in a month for the around the same price it will lose the crown to 3960x and x79.
