World of Warcraft Dell 30 inch 2560 x 1600

I play wow on 2560 x 1600 dell 30". I want to max graphics (including shadows, that was always the killer on my system) and be able to run 2 instances. I also run adobe after effects and photoshop. What do you guys think of my build? Do you have any recommendations? I read the 6970 does better on higher resolution monitors vs nvidia card. Also the fact it can do multi monitor support without having 2 cards like nvidia requires is huge for me. Alas running wow is one thing, but I do not want to lag out in Ogrimmar on my server during peak times with 250 people around me. Thoughts?
