My previous computer was a i7 2nd generation, with 32 gigs memory, 2 1tb SSDs and a GTX 1050Ti.
With World of Warships mostly high settings, I would get between 50 and 70 FPS. My new Lynx (i5 12600k, 32 gigs RAM, 2tb SSD, and a GTX 3070) runs WoWs with everything maxed (except for reflections which hurts my eyes) and I'm getting between 170 and 220 FPS. Great Cthulhu, it's amazing. |

lol, yeah. I just had to cap Ghost Recon:Wildlands at 60fps. Running the game with no FPS limit did cause some issues. I was running well over 180 fps. Running an Asus Tuff Gaming 3080.

Nope. I'm running a 1440 monitor. It's not a super gaming monitor, but it is 32".
I don't run the super AAA games. And WoWS isn't that intensive. Other than turrets, the ship models are static, the terrain is static and non-destructible. So, it's really just waves and explosion effects. |
