I got this laptop for the reasoning that ive been traveling alot and needed a semi-decent laptop. One thing i love about this laptop is the powercord is connected in the back of the laptop instead of the side like most. The SSD obviously is fast, just as fast as my DS desktop. I'm very impressed with it, i thought it would be smaller and the screen would suck, but the screen is actually very good. Definitely a great laptop with a very strong mobile GPU. I'd upload more pics but the forums are messing up bad, and it says i dont have sufficient privileges to upload pics.
Just found out my charger is broken. Doesn't charge from any outlet, i actually picked it up and i can hear something inside shaking loose. Awesome... Congrats on the Laptop!
As for the charger, I am sorry to hear that, hopefully that's something that can be sent out pretty much immediately. I know this does you no good, nor does it excuse being sent a broken charger, but I've had more chargers for laptops go bad than anything else I've used in the past 19 years or so (which is, I think, when I got my first laptop) . I've even had the Alien people send me a DOA charger and this was before Dell came into the picture. Maybe I have bad luck, but I definitely feel your frustration. The good news is its almost always been easy to get a replacement. Edited by Tidgxor - 09 Jan 2012 at 1:30pm |

ironmb...Congrats I agree about the chargers...mine sometimes works..sometimes I have to turn the transformer upside down, rightside up, , sideways, for green led to light. Sometimes a good smack gets it going...kinda how I fixed machinesSorry..I zoned out there for a moment. Considering your previous experience, I hope all goes great.

Nice laptop! Thanks for posting your review with pictures. Looks like some circuitry inside the charger may have snapped off or something. Could happen from a ton of various reasons but, I'm sure we'll take care of it.

I'm hoping its soon. Because a laptop without a charger is pointless. :(

Sorry to hear about that, from what I see, the team was making arrangements to get you a replacement, which takes a few days to arrive to us, but, if you would like to just return it, that's not an issue, we'll happily issue a refund.
