Im looking for something good but not expensive. i been on the forums before looking for a comp but my price range keeps getting lower.

I play mostly MMO's (Warhammer) (WoW) and im looking for some thing that can run the latest ones also some TF2
price range 1700-2500
im using a 17" monitor

Regrettably, DSO does not offer any payment plans at this time. Currently, there are some absolutely great special deals  on pre-configured systems being offered that may allow you to get a little more value for your dollar if you don't care about getting something 100% customized to taste.
