You know what I considered really great...  I called DS today to get the Shipping Address on my order changed to somewhere where they could accept delivery... So no problems there, pretty easy, but then I asked for a status on my order, and the person on the phone actually went to go find my System on the workfloor.  He said it would be shipping out today...  Amazing.. I mean he could have just put me on hold, and taken a break and said he went to go look for it, but I believe that he actually did :).
 
To me thats awesome.  Another company would have only read whats in their System as the Status and reiterated that to me....

Yeah, both Kelly and Alex would go and check on the changes I kept calling in.  That is quite refreshing they would do that while you wait.

I think all of us feel the same way Alex. I've seen everyone in the call center hit the floor looking for an order at one time or another.
