It seems that AMD has announced that they will not be supporting the new Zen 3 CPU's in the older boards other than the X570 and of course the new 550 MB.


If you have a computer on order that is early in the build you might want to bump your AMD build to an X570 MB and pay the extra if you think you might like to upgrade to the new CPU's coming out at a later date.

That may not be a problem for DS builds. Just did a quick check of Ryzen offerings in the Lynx as well as Aventum lines. Nothing lower than an X570 is being offered.
