Budget:
[$3,500]

Expectations:
[Tri-Monitor Setup (3x BenQ 27", SSD]

Usage:
[Primarily gaming, streaming online content, minor photo editing]

So I bough a system from Digital Storm about 2 years ago, and now it's time for another. My current one is moving on to my wife, which means an upgrade for me!

Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking to run a 3 monitor setup (referenced above).

So i made you a couple of configurations:

https://www.digitalstormonline.com/configurator.asp?id=1125802

https://www.digitalstormonline.com/configurator.asp?id=1125803

I left a little wiggle room for shipping/taxes and if you don't like the part choices you can change them.

Thanks!

In the first build (1125802), would subbing out the liquid cooling for the Notua make sense? I'm just not sure I'm to keen on liquid cooling. Can you convince me otherwise?

I'm also considering using 2x SLI Dual (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4GB (Includes PhysX), rather than the 1x you had linked. In running a 3x monitor setup, would there be a noticable difference?

The Noctua cooler will provide about around the same amount of cooling as the water cooler...so it is whether the chassis has the space to support either is the question.  Most of the cases DS uses can support the radiators with the water cooling (some may only support the 240mm rad, where others can handle the 280mm rad).  The Noctua on the other hand is more limited, and you can select it, but if it doesn't work with the case you've selected, after you've placed your order (but before they've processed it) they will contact you and work out a doable solution with you.

Yes, GTX 980's in SLI will have a noticeable impact with the monitors you've got.  They have a refresh rate of 144Hz, with is nearly 2.5x the rate of typical 60Hz monitors out there...and you have three of them no less.

Here is a configuration that will come within your price point after the promotion discount:

Hi Vizo just to chime in.
I have LQ on my big rig and LOVE it! It's nothing to change out the fluid etc. I will say that I do have medical experience with Tygon tubing so it's easy for me.

Oh and I like all the choices.
