Does anyone have the Asus fan extension card mounting brackets and screws?

I ordered a fan extension card from an ebay seller and it didn't ship with them.

If you don't need them and are willing to part with them, I'll be happy to pay.

You can also mount it with adhesive velcro. That is what NZXT uses on their USB hub that DS uses in their own cases.
