Hi everyone,

What are the main differences between the ASUS X99-DELUXE & the ASUS X99 RAMPAGE V. Tried googling it & I only found the differences between the x99 & the x79 Mobo's or the chipsets, whatever.

Just curious.

Not much difference between the motherboards. There are some features for extreme over-clocking, longer life capacitors, and ASUS throws in some extra software, but that is about it.

There are substantial differences between the # and type of I/O out of the chipsets: http://ark.intel.com/compare/64015,81761

From someone who got the X99-Deluxe in a build I can tell you don't get an X99 yet.  I have been having all sorts of issues with my new computer that has one for the past 2 months.  They still haven't worked out all the issues with them.
