[$2000] Expectations: [I want to run things like Minecraft, DayZ, H1Z1, Oblivion, etc HIGHEST SETTINGS 0 LAG/ZERO FRAME DROP.Will be live streaming to twitch while playing games like this so keep that in mind. Upload speed is around 4mb/s] Usage: [Will be using for a plethora of Steam Games like the ones I listed above, also I am a huge video editor so I need to be able to render HD videos very fast and have 0 lag when editing and previewing video. You can change the chassis to your preference. This should be the best system for your needs for the budget. BTW, with the special offer, if you add $35 of options to this, it'll only cost you $10 more...if you need an ODD, add one; or upgrade the SSD to the 250GB model for more space and performance.

Looks brilliant, is there a big difference in performance between the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB and the 980?

The 980 have maybe a 10% performance advantage over the 970, but costs a bit more. Up to you whether it is worth it or not. Dual 970's in SLI would be a better deal, still.
Search for benchmarks of the games you want to check online and compare how 970's and 980's perform. |
