So from looking online ive noticed there are multiple versions of the prebuilt and configured vanquisher pc ... i was wonder how often the next generation come because im looking to buy the vanquisher 4 level but i need to wait a week or two longer to get all the funds together and id hate to miss it.

It's probably not going to be until near the end of this year, when the Kaby Lake processors come out, when they go to the next generation. They may update the video cards this summer or fall, once the Pascal GPUs from Nvidia come out, as well.

I will be waiting til after Pascal comes out to get a new computer. how long after a new generation of gpus come out does it take them to upgrade the vanquisher to have it as a option?

It is fairly prompt after a product comes on to market. The Skylake CPUs have been sort of the exception, but that was due to market availability, which the "K" processors are still struggling with. You should realize that Nvidia has a phased introduction of GPUs and all signs (rumors, marketing, etc.) point to the Titan-level card being introduced first for Pascal. It will be in the following months that additional cards in the line up will be launched. I would guess that DS will offer AMD cards if they are very competitive with the Nvidia GPUs.
